Welcome to my website and thank you for your interest. 

It is important to understand the kind of therapies and approaches each of us provide to help your experience be enriching and beneficial to you.  I believe in the practice of Positive Psychology.  My original research used the principles of unlearning helplessness and teaching tools to regain power in our lives.  I work in a collaborative manner much like a coach because I believe we all know within ourselves ways to heal our traumas and to live more authentic, happier lives.  This may vary for each of us and will require different approaches. 

I am eclectic and use many types of therapies with positive psychology.  They include cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, relationships, mindfulness, somatic resilience building skills, compassion therapy, and processing therapies.  We are each organic and have different experiences to integrate and enhance our lives.

Sub-specialties include health, anxiety, depression and life transition.
